Customer Services Co-Ordinator - Laboratory Consumables 16/1112/LW

Our client is based in West Auckland and enjoys a reputation in their market for friendly, professional service and the high quality of their products.  The company is well established and is now ready to appoint a newly created and strategic Customer Services Co-ordinator, to ensure they continue to meet and exceed their clients expectations, as they expand their business.

Key tasks will be:

• Communicating technical information to  clients
• Keeping up to date with new products
• Supporting the sales activities of Sales representatives
• Actioning a rapid response to enquires and problems
• Organising and prioritizing the customer services workload
• Converting telephone enquires to orders
• Developing positive and trusted relationships with clients
• Processing incoming quotes through the order system and follow up procedures

Ideally you will have:

• A BSc or similar qualification and post grad laboratory experience
• Specific Biological Sciences specialisation, particularly in Molecular Biology would be welcomed
• Previous experience in customer service/sales in the science sector
