Join an Australasian leading supplier and innovator of flexible packaging.  Backed by extensive technical expertise and experience they are innovators who provide outstanding customized service to their clients in the beverage, confectionery, dairy, fruit, meat and other specialty sectors of the food industry.  This newly created role requires an experienced Sales Professional with sound flexible packaging industry experience and a track record in national sales.

Key tasks of the role are:
• Hire, direct, motivate, coach  and manage two Sales Representatives
• Set sales targets and develop and  monitor sales performance
• Prepare quotes and tenders
• Liaise with Key Clients ensuring service and product satisfaction
• Keep apace with technical innovations and emerging products
• Network and develop new business
• Managing administration, IT reporting and tracking systems

Required Qualifications and Experience are:
• Minimum 5 years Flexible packaging industry experience
• Tertiary qualifications  in Business and/or Science
• Proven success in technical product sales and marketing
• Sales management experience
• Working knowledge of HACCP, FSP, TGA and OSH
